As a part of the primary driver of globalization, we set to strictly embrace and follow the ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption:

Human Rights
  • Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and
  • Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

  • Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
  • Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
  • Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
  • Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

  • Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
  • Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and
  • Principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

  • Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

To accelerate the Global Compact strategy for the upcoming years, TANNER Vietnam explicitly advances itself in effective engagement to sustainable social development and becomes a role model for all small & medium enterprises in corporate social responsibility.

Upon maintaining the position of a Green Office certificate holder, TANNER looks forward to networking and exchanging the environmental management experiences with its stakeholders to strengthen the awareness of corporate sustainability.

TANNER also cultivates its employees which are the value-driven core of the company's business. It is the human right and friendly culture that facilitates a firm background for TANNER's people to grow and address the company's motto.

Being a participant of the UNGC, TANNER has a sufficient resource of people and knowledge empowering its progress on the global demand for sustainable development. To adhere to the UNGC's direction, TANNER has deliberated in all its policies and practices to ensure a transparent and integral business.
