Mr. Elmar Dutt – General Director of TANNER Vietnam was elected as Board Member of European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EUROCHAM) in its recent Annual General Meeting in 3rd March 2011.

Mr. Elmar Dutt is the acting Chairman of German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA).

EUROCHAM, established in 8th December 1998, is an unincorporated, independent, non-political, non-profit association that promotes, facilitates and increases two-way investment, business and trade flows between Vietnam and EU Member States.
